barre is pre and post natal safe. If you worked out doing barre prior to pregnancy it is perfectly ok to continue with this routine. exercises can be adapted for all trimesters.if you are pregnant and have never tried barre before we are happy to welcome you in the class with the provision of a medical cert from your health professional clearing you to workout.
